All Sughan 4×4 Buses are produced locally in the United Arab Emirates in Hafilat’s specialized facility. Hafilat’s highly qualified and experienced workforce ensures that the buses are built to the highest possible standard. The production process can be summarized as follows:

• Jigging and Structure Assembly
  The first stage involves bending, cutting, fabrication, and welding of all the parts that will be used to assemble the bus.
• Chassis Preparation
  In the next stage, the original Atego 1726 4×4 chassis is stripped and modified to suit the bus structure
• Body Marriage
  Hafilat will then “Marry” the body that’s been built and the modified chassis
• Paneling
  External Paneling
  GRP – Roof, Front Dome, Rear Dome, Skirt Panels will be bonded to the structure*
  Aluminum Panels – Cant & Waist panels bonded to the structure*
• Internal Paneling
  GRP Ceiling, Rear Internal, Internal Cant, Internal Waist – Will Also be Bonded *
